Bamboo Curtain Studio

Bamboo Curtain Studio is an artist-run space on the banks of the Tamsui River in suburban Taipei, combining studio spaces with wetland gardens and an ecological art practice. The international residency hosts 6–8 artists per year for 1–3 month stays, emphasizing site-specific work, environmental art, and cross-cultural exchange. The riverside location — where Taipei's dense urbanism meets tidal wetlands — provides a uniquely liminal setting. Studio, accommodation, and a small stipend are provided.
