An arts organization in the high desert of Central Oregon, near Blue Lake outside Sisters. Its fee-based Artist in Residence program (FAiR) offers 12-day sessions for $1,800, with private lodging, studio space, and welcome and farewell dinners prepared by local chefs. Revenue from FAiR supports Caldera's youth programming and its stipended residencies for artists from historically underrepresented communities.

352d leftOne-month residency for ~25 artists at Caldera Arts Center on Blue Lake in the Cascade Mountains of central Oregon. Disciplines include visual art, music composition, writing, film, performance, and interdisciplinary practice. Private cabin, weeknight communal meals, studio time, and a stipend. Annual deadline in May for the following winter/spring cycle.
